Not sure what to study after SPM? SimWork is a free seven-day career simulation for students aged 16–19. You run a real-feeling event, make decisions, and see the skills you showed and the careers that use them.
7 days • 20–30 minutes a day • 5 themes • One evidence-based report
Most career tests and personality quizzes ask you to rate yourself. That tells you how you see yourself on one afternoon. SimWork collects evidence across seven days, many activities and changing situations — decisions you made when every option cost something. It gives a richer picture than a one-time, 10-minute self-assessment.
That makes it a useful first step before you choose a course after SPM or STPM: you finish with several career areas to explore, and the reasons each one appeared.
You join a small team planning a real-feeling student event. Each day brings new decisions, messages and problems.
Decide what your event promises, and who it is for.
A fixed budget and a longer list than that. Choose what gets paid for.
Read the first sign-up numbers and decide where to post next.
Three problems arrive at once. Decide what comes first.
Two teammates want the same 40 minutes. Settle it with everyone watching.
Run the rehearsal, find what breaks, and write the backup plan.
Doors open. Run the day, then see what your week showed.
The story and the look change with the theme. The way your skills are assessed does not, so every theme is equally fair.
Teammates message you. You choose how to reply.
Split money, people and time when there is not enough of any.
Sort, triage and route your way through a busy event.
Seven event results — visitors, readiness, budget and more — move with your choices.
Your decisions shape the event. Your skills are assessed separately, so the biggest event result does not automatically mean the highest skill score.
Planning, decision making, communication, teamwork, problem solving and more — each with how sure the result is.
Signals from what you actually did: starting things, staying calm, speaking up.
Where you sit between two ways of working. Neither end is better.
Broad career families that use your strongest skills, and why each one appeared.
Job examples in each career area, grouped so you can look them up.
What each result means, in short sentences, not just scores.

Not the usual kind. A career test or personality quiz asks you to rate yourself in one sitting. SimWork watches what you do across seven short days of decisions, then reports the skills you showed and the career areas that use them.
It gives you a starting point. Your report points to several broad career areas and real jobs to look up, with the reasons each one appeared. Use them when you compare courses after SPM or STPM, and talk them through with a counsellor, a teacher or a parent.
Send them the link to this page. They create their own account and play about 20 to 30 minutes a day for seven days. You can look at the report together at the end.
Seven days, about 20 to 30 minutes a day. Each day opens after the one before it, so the week fits around school.
No. There are no right answers. Every choice is a real option, and the report describes how you worked — it does not grade you.

It unlocks in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a PDF copy is emailed to the address on your account.
