Terms & Conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and Aionlabs Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201801011337), incorporated in Malaysia ("we", "us"), for your use of SimWork at https://feedff.asia and in the SimWork app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SimWork is an online career-exploration simulation. Over seven days you plan a simulated event and make decisions, and we produce a report describing the skills, working styles and career areas your choices suggest.
The Service is for education and self-exploration. Your report is an indication based on one simulated week. It is not a diagnosis, a psychological or professional assessment, or career, educational or employment advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Please discuss important decisions with a qualified counsellor, teacher or parent.
2. Who can use it
- The Service is designed for people aged 16 to 19.
- If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the Service. Payments must be made or authorised by a parent or guardian, using a payment method they are entitled to use.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, including your date of birth, and keep it up to date.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at admin@feedff.asia if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu in the app.
4. Prices and payment
- Playing the simulation and viewing your report preview is free.
- The full report costs RM8 (MYR 8.00) per completed simulation, as a one-off payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- The price is shown before you pay. We may change prices in future, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. Your payment is also subject to the payment partner's own terms.
- A purchase is confirmed when the payment partner tells us the payment succeeded.
5. Delivery
The full report is a digital product. Once your payment is confirmed it is unlocked in your account straight away, and a PDF copy is emailed to the address on your account, normally within a few minutes. Nothing is shipped physically. Full details are in our Refund & Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Because the report is delivered immediately, a purchase cannot be cancelled once the report has been unlocked, except as set out in our Refund & Delivery Policy — for example, if you were charged but did not receive the report, or were charged twice. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use another person's account, or let someone else use yours;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security of the Service;
- use automated tools to play the simulation or collect data from the Service;
- copy, resell or publish the Service's content, other than sharing your own report for your own purposes;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
8. Content and ownership
The Service — its scenarios, text, design, software and scoring method — belongs to us or our licensors. Your report is yours to keep, download and share for your own personal, educational and career-planning purposes.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever stop offering the Service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download reports you have paid for.
10. Liability
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on your report, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data, and forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date at the top, and tell you in advance by email or in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
