Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Aionlabs Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201801011337), incorporated in Malaysia ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal data when you use SimWork at https://feedff.asia and in the SimWork app (the "Service"). We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.

1. Who this is for

SimWork is designed for people aged 16 to 19. If you are under 18, please read this policy with a parent or guardian and use the Service with their knowledge and consent. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up so we can apply these age rules.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Account details: your name, email address, date of birth and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form), and your phone number if you choose to give it.
Sign-in with Google or Apple: if you choose this, we receive your account identifier, name and email address from that provider.
Optional feedback: answers to the questionnaire at the end of the simulation, only if you choose to fill it in.
Enquiries: what you send us when you contact us.

Information created when you use the Service

Simulation activity: the choices you make during the seven days, and the results we calculate from them — your skills evidence, report and career suggestions. This is how the Service works.
What we do not keep: text you type during the activities (for example a reason for a choice) is used to work out that activity's result and is then discarded. It is not stored.
Purchases: a record of each report you buy — amount, currency, status, date and the payment reference. We never receive or store your card or bank details; those go directly to our payment partner.
Technical information: your IP address and browser details in our servers' security logs, and your IP address passed to our payment partner when you pay, for fraud checks.
How you found us: if you reached SimWork through an advert or a shared link, that link's campaign tags (for example which advert it was) and any click reference the advertising platform added are saved with your account when you sign up. We use this only to count which adverts and links bring people to SimWork. We do not send it back to the advertising platform, and it is erased with your account.
On your device: the app keeps your sign-in session and your sound and motion settings in your browser's or phone's local storage, and our website keeps the campaign tags above for the browser tab you arrived in.
Advert measurement: our public website pages, but not the SimWork app, load Google's advertising tag (Google Ads). It sets cookies and sends Google your IP address, browser details, the page you visited and, if you came from a Google advert, that advert's click reference, so we can see which adverts bring visitors to SimWork. If you came from a Google advert, the app also contacts Google once, when you create your account, to record that the advert led to a sign-up. It sends no name, email, account details or results. We have turned off Google's ad personalisation signals for this tag, so it is not used to build advertising profiles or to show you personalised adverts. Google's own privacy policy covers what Google does with it. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and the website still works.
Website statistics: our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

3. How we use it

To create and secure your account, and to verify your email address.
To run the simulation, produce your report and show it to you.
To take payment for the full report, deliver it, and email you the PDF.
To send you service emails, such as when your next day opens. These are part of the Service and are not marketing.
To answer your enquiries and handle refunds.
To keep the Service safe, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
To improve the Service, using your optional feedback only if you tick the consent boxes in the questionnaire, and only after removing what identifies you.

We do not sell your personal data, use your account or results for advertising, or use your results to make automatic decisions about you such as admissions or hiring.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for us:

Cloudflare — website hosting, app servers, file storage and cookieless website statistics.
Supabase — our database.
Resend — sending account, reminder and report emails.
Our payment partner (Billplz) — processing payments. Their own privacy policy covers the payment details you give them.
Google or Apple — only if you sign in with them.
Google (Google Ads) — measuring which adverts bring visitors to our website and lead to sign-ups, as described in section 2.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person.

5. Where your data is stored

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside Malaysia. When that happens we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect your data to a standard comparable to Malaysian law.

6. How we protect it

All connections use encryption (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it to run the Service. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and simulation data until you delete them. You can delete one simulation, or your whole account, at any time from the account menu in the app. Deleting your account erases your name, email, phone number, date of birth, simulations and reports.

Records of payments are kept for as long as Malaysian tax and company law requires, even after you delete your account. They are used only for that purpose.

8. Your rights and choices

Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: ask us to correct data that is wrong or out of date.
Deletion: delete your account or a simulation in the app, or ask us to do it.
Withdraw consent: stop using the Service, or withdraw your consent to optional uses such as feedback for improvement. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Some information is necessary to provide the Service. Without an email address, for example, we cannot create your account.

To make a request, email admin@feedff.asia. We will reply within 21 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and the law allows us to charge a small fee for some access requests.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
